In addition to Google search, YouTube is now an integral part of the online search process as a channel for research and information.
Since May 2020, "Logistik-Kanal" on YouTube has been offering weekly videos on specific topics from the field of logistics, explaining sometimes complex topics in an informative and comprehensible way. The channel is aimed at both experts and career changers in the respective topics.
myleo / dsc: Digitalization of shippers
We are pleased that we were allowed to participate in one of these explanatory videos on the topic of yard management. We accompany the host Horst through two possible sequences of the same process: The pickup process of a partial load by a forwarder. Two extreme scenarios are considered. In the first case, almost everything that can go wrong does go wrong. In the second case, the loading company is supported by myleo / dsc, our logistics platform for site and transport logistics. This makes the process much more stable and, above all, faster.
